EPDM Membrane with Adhesive Strip

AQUABAN-SE This enables the membrane to be directly bonded to the building or aluminum frame without the need of mechanical fixing. Surfaces may need to be prepared with Elite primer to ensure the maximum bond strength is achieved.

AQUABAN-GE

EPDM Membrane with Gasket Strip

AQUABAN-GE EPDM membrane that has an extruded strip Gasket along one edge to allow the membrane to be clipped into a groove on the profile. AQUABAN-GE EPDM has a very long service life and environmentally friendly, with almost zero maintenance requirements, resistance to ozone, UV radiation and cracking

Fully Self Adhesive EPDM Membrane

Application

AQUABAN-STICK bonds to a wide variety of non-porous smooth surfaces and is suitable for sealing gaps in the internal walls of light weight construction facades. Large areas of cladding of the internal wall are possible with this product.

Pre-fabricated inside & outside corners

Outside corners provide a guaranteed, uniform, permanent corner seal. Portals plus Corners eliminate the cutting, folding, stretching and cementing of materials into unnatural shapes. The Outside Corners have expansion radii molded into the spine to accommodate construction irregularities. All edges on Portals plus Corners are feathered to allow the best possible adhesion.

ADSEAL

Modified Polymer Technology

ELITEPROOF ADSEAL is a one part moisture curing, solvent free adhesive based on modified polymer technology. Membrane Adhesive combines good initial grab to a variety of common construction substrates with high bond strength and good flexibility.

ADSEAL used for bonding ELITEPROOF EPDM to any surfaces without the need of mechanical fixing both in factory and site.

ADSEAL is also used for overlapping ELITEPROOF EPDM as well as sealing the perimeter will eliminate any termination.

Life expectancy of ELITEPROOF ADSEAL is more than 20 years.
